With a background in marketing, Olive Fogarty has spent most of her career in leadership roles, building businesses and brands. Her breadth of experience ranges from managing large agency clients like Vodafone to leading OgilvyOne as MD (and chairman), to her role in strategic marketing at Bank of Ireland, and as director of Ireland’s leading parenting community everymum, and Zahra Media Group.

Olive continues to bring this combination of commercial acumen, marketing strategy and motivational leadership in her role as consultant to a wide range of clients and as Non-Executive Director of Crosscare Ltd, an Irish-owned, global healthcare company.

Throughout his career Conor held many industries representational roles including; Vice President of the Irish Hotels Federation, President of the Killarney Chamber of Tourism & Commerce, and President of the SKAL club of Kerry. Conor was also a board member of National Tourism Authority (Fáilte Ireland).

Hennigan Hospitality Services (HHS Ltd) also provides practical advice and services to companies and individuals on business planning, project management, food development and service evaluations.

Accountable for leading a diverse team of talented managers at the five star Killarney Park Hotel for the last 18 years. During this time and prior to managing the hotel Niamh spent 7 years as Director of Sales and Marketing predominately focused on the International markets to Ireland.

Niamh is passionate about business networks and collaboration and has served as Chairperson on several boards;

Heritage & Visitor Experience / Software & Ux Technology Specialist

Ivan has over 20 years-experience in senior management within the hotel, visitor attraction and hospitality sector. In his role as General Manager in Shannon Heritage, Irelands largest commercial visitor attraction operator he oversaw Bunratty Castle & Folk Park (Clare), King John’s Castle (Limerick), Dunguaire Castle (Kinvara, Galway) and Knappogue Castle (Clare). He was directly responsibility for over 700,000 annual visitors.

During this time he spearheaded many new projects such as the development and implementation of a new management structure at Bunratty Castle & Folk Park and King John’s Castle, revitalised the visitor experience through a focused approach on the customer, and implemented strategies the resulted in significant growth of visitor numbers for signature events.

Ivan is the founder of “Great Ireland Experiences” a technology company which focuses on content management, visitor mapping, storytelling and data analytics for visitor attractions and museums. His company recently won a

“Best Innovation” Award 2020, “Content Management Company of the year” Award 2020, “Best Start-up” Award 2019 and a “One to Watch” Award 2019 from Enterprise Ireland.

Education    MBA – Masters in Business Administration, University of Limerick. Currently pursuing a PhD, research title – “Understanding the factors that motivate International tourists to Ireland to visit attractions and museums”.
