As co-founder of Match Marketing, Eimear’s expertise encompasses the planning and direction of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and support measurable learning and business outcomes.
Her proven history spans campaigns for national skills initiatives, higher education recruitment, and enterprise training — always combining clear, effective messaging with digital optimisation and stakeholder engagement. Her experience covers nationwide programme launches, upskilling initiatives, and digital engagement for workforce and organisational development.

His expertise lies in shaping brands through strategic creative thinking and visual design craft, developing visual identities that are both memorable and commercially effective. Tomás brings rigour and creativity in equal measure, ensuring every brand element — from concept through to collateral — delivers coherent, compelling communications.
Anita Michalak brings extensive experience in digital campaign management and social media content within the tourism sector. As Social Media Lead at Match Marketing, she is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering engaging, platform-specific content designed to connect with target audiences and drive campaign performance.
Anita’s expertise spans digital advertising, video content production, and day-to-day campaign oversight across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. With a strong track record of delivering results, she ensures that each campaign remains aligned to agreed objectives and brand tone. Her collaborative approach, creative eye and data-informed mindset consistently support high-performing campaigns that inspire action and engagement.
Cathal Cudden works with clients extensively across the private and public sectors, providing bespoke and adaptable solutions across a multi-sectoral client base. His technical solutions include highly scalable WordPress technologies featuring PHP, JavaScript (incorporating jQuery and Ajax), SQL, HTML, and CSS, with cloud hosting delivered via Ubuntu running nginx and MySQL.
At Match Marketing, Cathal is responsible for ensuring full website functionality, technical troubleshooting, and optimising site performance for clients. His broad technical background combined with experience in digital planning and procurement means he can support every stage of a project’s digital infrastructure — from development through to live performance management.

Brian O’Connor has been creating content since 2013, evolving from working with small businesses to national bodies and organisations with an international presence — including Tirlán (formerly Glanbia) and AIB Merchant Services. He works closely with the marketing team to create video content that enhances client marketing strategy and delivers results across digital and social channels.
Brian brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse range of clients and projects, allowing him to produce video content that is specific to each client’s brief and audience. Over the years he has invested in the latest filming technology to ensure the content he creates is visually compelling, engaging, and achieves the best possible outcomes for clients.
